RR Constructions is a third-generation family construction business delivering commercial, retail, joint venture, and office spaces construction since 1997.
The saga of the RR Constructions had its humble beginning in the year 1997 as Lakshmi promoters by Mr.Seethapathy and Mr.Paranthaman. It was renamed RR Constructions in the year 2000.
The Lakshmi promoters’ legacy was carried over by Mr.Rishi and Ms.Rithe the son and daughter of the founder. They envisioned that the future of their company is to create unique spaces through cutting-edge technology and traditional craftsmanship.
They took over the responsibility of managing the RR Constructions in 2021. The business which flourished for the past 23 years without any kind of advertising and with just word-of-mouth marketing, is now in the hands of the young entrepreneurs. Upon assuming leadership of the company, they are aggressively looking for ways to expand the business through innovation.

Being visionary entrepreneurs, they envisioned high-quality Infrastructural Development are the need of the hour for the millennial. This made them expand the nature and scope of RR Constructions.

How It Works

We follow a 7 step process in all our projects.

It is a legal document that lays out the terms of a project, defines the work being done, which all the parties involved must agree to.

We do this to locate structures within a property, measure and map walls, buildings, roads, and utilities within a given space.

A floor plan is a simple diagram showing room layout and offering a conceptual starting point. It will help you envision a space and how it will look when construction is complete.

The building regulations set out requirements for specific aspects of building design and construction. We take care of all such approvals.

Soil testing is done to test if the soil could withstand the weight of the building. The chemical and physical composition of the soil is checked during this process.

These drawings provide an insight into the development of a building. They act as the guiding principle for every construction worker, supervisor, and builder.

This is the process of signing an agreed contract. It includes the scope of work, change orders, compensation and schedule.
